Ramen Shop is a restaurant in the Rockridge neighborhood of Oakland that features a rotating cocktail menu, craft beer, natural wines and seasonal produce sourced from local farms.
All broths, noodles, and toppings for our ramen are made in house and our cocktails are made to order with fresh produce, quality spirits and housemade ingredients.

We are a fast-paced kitchen looking for experienced cooks that have a willingness to learn and to prepare food to our chef's specifications. We use local, organic ingredients and take a lot of pride in creating dishes that best highlight these seasonal flavors.

Do you offer indoor and outdoor dining? Do you require masks and/or vaccination cards?
We offer indoor dining as well as a larger outdoor dining area on our parklet and the street. Masks are required for entering the building/ using the bathroom, and proof of vaccination is required for all indoor dining. Please check in with the host upon arrival.
How do I place a togo order?
Please visit our togo website ramenshoptogo.com and place your order there. If you would like to order delivery please visit Doordash or Caviar with the links on our main page above.
We can also take your order here at the restaurant, or you can scan the qr code on the front door and place your order through your phone. Please allow 30 minutes for us to complete your order.
We currently do not take orders over the phone.

Can I make a reservation?
We recommend making a reservation as we are limited with tables these days. We take reservations for indoor and outdoor dining, to make a reservation please visit resy.com or use the link on our home page.
What are your Covid-19 safety requirements for employees?
All of our employees are 100% vaccinated. We are all required to test negative for Covid-19 once a week, as well as temperature checks daily. We sanitize all surfaces in between guests and use disposable chopsticks for dining.
Do you have gluten free options?
All of our noodles and most of our broths contain gluten. However, we offer appetizers and rice dishes that can be made gluten free.
Do you have vegan options?
We make vegan noodles in-house and our Veggie Meyer Lemon Ramen is 100% vegetable broth. We also have appetizers and rice dishes that are vegan
Where do I park?
Street parking only. Please do not leave any valuables in your car.
Do you accept large parties?
We are able to seat parties of up to 6 people at a few of our tables, however we only have one table that accommodates parties of more than 6 (up to 12 people max). This table is also bookable through resy.com
Can we bring a cake? A bottle of wine?
You are welcome to bring cake or your own beverage. We charge a cake fee of $2 per person and our corkage fee is $20 per bottle.
